Zuiderhof II achieves BREEAM In-Use Excellent

Through tailored solutions and effective asset management we have achieved a BREEAM In-Use v6.0.0 Excellent certificate at Zuiderhof II, located at Jachthavenweg 109–111 in Amsterdam.

The certificate was realised in collaboration with Robin Schouten from Duurzaamheidscertificering and Ferrie van Eersel from Cushman & Wakefield. The approximately 20,000 m² office building already performs strongly with an A++ energy label and modern building installations. Heating and cooling are largely provided via an on-site aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES / WKO) system, significantly reducing the use of fossil fuels.

During the BREEAM certification we have invested in additional electricity submetering, water saving toilets, urinals, showers and water taps, and shared bikes!
