Lease renewals at Pakhuis

We are proud to share that we have successfully renewed two leases at Pakhuis on behalf of one of our clients.

Built in 1883 for NV Handelskade, this listed national monument combines historic character with modern functionality. With stunning views over the IJ, excellent accessibility, and spacious floorplates of approx. 1,400 sqm, it truly stands out as one of a kind.

Pakhuis is a great example of how industrial heritage can be transformed into a contemporary office environment, full of history, yet ready for the future.

We are delighted to have secured long-term commitments from both tenants once again.
