Improved EPC labels at Vondel 1 and 2

Together with BuildingLabel, we successfully upgraded the EPC labels of our Vondel 1 and 2 assets.

After targeted energy-efficiency measures, including several lighting upgrades and optimisations to the HVAC systems, the buildings improved from EPC labels ranging between C and A, to A, A+ and even to A++.
