BACS regulation in force, are your buildings compliant?

BACS regulation in force, are your buildings compliant?

The BACS (Building Automation and Control Systems) regulation has officially come into effect per 1st of January this year, introducing mandatory requirements for automation, monitoring, and energy performance in office buildings (with at least 290 kW of installed heating/cooling capacity).

This impacts both building owners and tenants, requiring alignment on systems, data access, and implementation, with the aim to reduce energy waste.

NL asset management | Knight Frank supports clients with:
- assessing GACS applicability and compliance,
- translating regulation into practical actions,
- supporting in roadmaps to Paris Proof,
- and guiding the implementation process from start to finish.
