Dutch Office Market Report 2024

The Dutch Office Report is out! In this report we present all trends and important developments in the Dutch office market in the cities  Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht.

In Amsterdam there was an increased demand for office space, with notable letting deals, yet availability rose to 983,000 sq m by 2023. And despite a decrease in demand, The Hague saw significant letting contracts, while availability declined slightly, particularly in Rijswijk. Rotterdam experienced a decline in demand for office space, accompanied by increased availability, reaching approximately 368,000 sq m by the end of 2023. And last but not least, Utrecht faced a sharp decline in demand for office space, with limited transactions; availability remained largely unchanged, with nearly 271,000 sq m available in the city by 2023.
